We produce and monitor a training matrix to ensure that all staff receive the requisite level of training to meet their statutory obligations and carry out their duties safely.
We also provide additional training to staff when new working practices and legislation are introduced. We set our own internal standards of competency for our workforce and we will ensure that these are met.

We have a highly competent formwork and concreting workforce, with operatives having undergone extensive training and have been accredited with the Working At Height Licence, an industry-recognised Certificate of Competence.
All of our Contracts and Project Managers are accredited with the CITB SMSTS qualification. We also ensure that all Foremen attend regular Health and Safety Awareness training and all plant operators attend CITB-CPCS accredited plant training.
