Our demolition and site clearance teams ensure that a site is completely prepared for the intended works, including remediation and bulk excavation of sites.
We work with clients to assist in the design and value engineering process to all elements of the development, including piling, substructures, basements, roads & sewers and concrete frame works.
We also offer a 'design and build' service which can include 'shell and core' through to full fit out. With our company and workforce experience, we can remove the client's risk in what can often be the most difficult section of the build programme.
We are members of Construct, the concrete structures group, which is dedicated to the task of improving the efficiency of in-situ concrete frames and associated works.

Having completed many high-rise developments ranging from £0.5m to £30m in value, our impressive portfolio of projects is indicative of our expertise and experience in the marketplace.
Using in-house multi-disciplinary construction teams, our frame division is experienced in all aspects of reinforced concrete frame construction including value engineering, design, design development, reinforced concrete detailing, finishes, falsework and formwork systems including tableforms, climbing cores, hybrid and pre-cast solutions.We use the latest R.C. frame equipment and techniques, coupled with competent and knowledgeable construction teams to ensure that the optimum and most cost-effective construction solution is proposed and is safely executed on time with enhanced quality as standard.
Within a multi-storey R.C. frame structural design, there are many concrete solutions to be considered that affect cost, time and performance.
We provide feasible, economic concrete options for consideration and help to ensure that the right option is chosen for the scheme design. We have vast experience in the various types of slab, column and wall construction.
Best practice and attention to detail are employed throughout the concrete frame development, by focusing on client needs and understanding and comprehensively mapping the construction process.
Post Tensioning
As part of our ongoing commitment to meeting client needs, we offer post tensioned reinforced concrete slabs.
This method can offer major construction benefits such as:
- longer concrete slab spans
- less dead loads
- greater flexibility
- thinner slabs, and
- better design performance.

Supported by in-house specialists and a modern plant fleet, we have the tools, the experience and the people to undertake all aspects of bulk earthworks, associated remediation, reclamation, infrastructure and development projects.
The brownfield sites on which many projects are based tend to have a cocktail of contaminants left in the ground. Compliant remediation means having the capability, experience, resources and management to safely undertake a multitude of processes in order to achieve a clean site as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible, with minimum disruption and nuisance to the neighbourhood and environment.
In addition, we protect the client’s reputation and legal standing with the Local Authority, its Planning Department, Environmental Authority and Environmental Health Departments.
